1999.2 aimed to develop new drugs, established D. Western Therapeutics Institute, Inc. as a private company in Showa-ku Nagoya City.
2001.3 agreed for exclusive license of development, production, and sales for anti-cancer drug (HMN-214) with Nippon Shinyaku Co., Ltd.
2002.9 contracted for development and implementation of anti-platelet drug (K-134) and anti-glaucoma drug (K-115) with Kowa Co., Ltd.
2004.7 initiated phase I trial for anti-platelet drug (K-134) in Europe.
2004.10 completed phase I trial for anticancer drug (HMN-214) in U.S.
2004.11 converted to a joint-stock corporation.
2005.4 completed phase I trial for anti-platelet drug (K-134) in Europe.
2005.12 moved head office to Naka-ku Nagoya City.
2006.4 initiated phase I trial for anti-platelet drug (K-134) in Japan.
2006.7 initiated phase I trial for anti-glaucoma drug (K-115) in Japan. successfully identified molecular target protein of anti-platelet drug (K-134)
2006.12 established Institute of Human Research Promotion and Drug Development at Mie University Faculty of Medicine under collaborative research agreement.
2007.10 completed phase I trial for anti-platelet drug (K-134) in Japan.
